On a north-facing slope in Tyresö two pairs of linked tower blocks follows you up a steep road. The brick covered solitaries rise from the ground as cut gems – with a shape that references to the permanent heavy mountain they rest on. The location and height of the buildings has been given particular care in order to preserve sight lines and the surrounding variation of buildings, streets and parks. With their faceted roofs and low eaves they emphasize the human scale towards the street and make them a contribution to the varied city silhouette from the center of Tyresö.
The tower blocks have a central staircase with apartment types ranging from two-room apartments to five-room apartments. The two top floors contains duplex apartments with terraces in each corner.
